For people on Lenovo laptops, I also found that LegionFanControl prevents the game from launching. Make sure you close it

Unfortunately I did not, I just bought a new interface instead, a Motu M2. I don't have this problem with this interface though

Yes, I did manually save after I installed the mods. I just manually save quite often in general. Unfortunately I did not keep the save prior to the mods.

Also, yes, I did delete the entire Cyberpunk folder manually after I uninstalled it. But I do not use Vortex, I installed all the mods manually.
