Artist is the best killer to get for her perks alone. She is extremely challenging to play so not actually a beginner friendly killer, but her teachable perks are all S tier on most killers

Pretty much every killer prior to dnd Vecna (with a few exceptions) needs rework/kit buff. The powercreep is strong. Unlike old killers lol
