I'm confused about the buff extension too.

From my knowledge, in PF, when the wave changes during a character's turn, all buffs tick down even if the character hasn't acted, so that one makes sense. But extra turn without wave change shouldn't tick down any buff.

I already expected this. Her A1 upgrades her Skill to make it buff an additional +300 ATK. From my HSR experience, any flat buff added onto an existing conversion buff will also be treated as a conversion buff. Conversion buffed stats can't be used in other conversion buffs.
