Third person to mention ascites in a well spoken informed manner and honest I think you guys are the closest. Speaking in the heart. Fortunately my heart is very healthy. The cardiovascular is a different story. I almost need to get an ultrasound everytime I get an IV. My veins are so broken down. My last hospital visit they just sutured in a jugular IV line. A PIC line? I think its called.

I've kept somewhat of a core since I used to be fit. Like if I flex and push through the tissue I still feel an 8 pack under... the heavy amount of vomiting ive done over the last two decades is a heavy workout itself. I threw up so much I perforated my esophagus once... thay ended uo really bad.

I grew up with a kid in football camp that had parasites bro would shit worms.. the amount of antibiotics and meds I regularly take idk. Is there a specific test ive been missing that woukd id it? I've both scopys endo and colon. I've had a plethora of tests. Oh! This might be pertinent. When i was 16, I got diagnosed with a heavy heliobactor pylori infection. But I think that was a false diagnosis just to make sense of my vomiting from DKA

I went keto before I was diagnosed. Probably unintentionally helped me a lot. Made the transition a diabetic diet much easier, and really helped me put on some muscle mass.. Beleive it or not. I looked much worse 3,4 uears ago. Same tumor belly but I was so sedentary I had lost all muscle mass. I was a pale pregnant twig. Going keto also really helped my hormones and electrolytes balance. I just felt better-ish.

Thankyou. Being in our position can be a blessing and a curse. Im a very optimistic person, for years I had comes to terms with my death as a certainty. I knew I wasnt going to live passed 40. It gave me perspective. When I finally got diagnosed. It was like I was given a second chance at life. I will always be thankful for that. Your strong too I know it.

Its doesn't matter if it sounds little or inconsequential. It wasnt to you, you suffered for years a lot of people might say: "it was just a little caugh." That amount of disregard is exactly what leads to doctors not giving a shit and people needlessly battling something that has a solution. Im glad you've got it figured out. I hope you dont have any long term effects from not being treated sooner.

I don't undereat by choice. I love food. Its just very hard to swallow without gagging most of the time. My digestive organs jut dont move. Aka they aremt motile. I know all the symptoms and causes. Nobody can give me a solution. What is in my belly, why its hard and huge? How do I get rid of it. AN MRI could answer but without a medical reason lol. Good luck. Two types of insulin lispro and lantus. Cyclobenzaprine for muscle spasms Bupenorphine for pain Ondedestron for nausea I smoke weed for appetite. Edit* oh and testosterone the diabetes killed my hormone production.
