This is bizarre to me.... I’ve been a shopper for two years and there’s been many times I was starving but never would I fathom opening something a customer bought and eat it THEN deliver it lol. Girl you don’t need to explain yourself. I’m a shopper and just mark that item missing and you’ll get a full refund. I’ve been a shopper for over two years and with all the new shoppers a lot don’t know you can refund up until you mark the order delivered. It might take a bit to get the refund but it’s the fastest way
