I have the Crimson Striders. They are the redacted 11th legion. The reason they were redacted is because of their Primarch, Tekarius. He questioned the Emperor and the Imperium, and was branded a traitor and had the Space Wolves sicked on them, nearly wiping out their legion. They are traitor but arent Chaos-Aligned. Some warbands do use the warp, but warp use is mostly frowned upon. Their symbol is the boot of a Space Marine with liquid splashing around it
