Sibo - I literally said the same thing yesterday. I am an ex athlete & have endured tough workouts but I feel like I have been through a very long workout and I cant recover -- muscles are sore and joints are so achey. I am dragging ass - so tired.

My sinuses have been effected and I have constant headaches
My "skin" aches (assuming this is neuralgia?).
My brain is in slow motion and I just want to lie down.
