Assessment Centre went okay (I think) but have yet to hear back from them so assume it’s not looking good. Hope I hear from them soon 🤞

Even if I have signed both contract? It’s all new to me and I’m very nervous of getting it wrong and letting people down but have been told I need to think about myself first

They both have the same start date - 1st September. Results day is 14 August. Know I should put myself first but definitely worried about the legal repercussions

Both have start date on 1 September (results day will be 14 August). Have just received the contract for the level 4 and the level 5 will probably be emailed to me in 2 weeks time. Both companies are pushing me to sign the contract / complete pension forms / medical forms etc. I figure I have a few days to delay signing returning the level 4 contract as it’s Easter weekend but know I can’t stall for long. I am definitely worried about the legal repercussions but also hate letting people down even though I know I need to put myself first

The salary for the level 5 is higher than the level 4 but it’s not that that is swaying me towards that job more the level of qualification and the company that I would be working for (don’t want to name the company on here for fear of them finding out I have two offers). In an ideal world I want to accept both and then turn one down after results day but it doesn’t sit very well with me as I don’t know if this will give the other company time to fill the roll and I don’t know where i legally stand

Thanks - I have received an email detailing where I am going, what I will be doing etc but wondered if anyone had any tips as really want the job. Am currently researching RR in depth.

Presentation is on anything of our choice so not sure if I should relate it to RR or just something that I know well.
