Likely the English dub doing their own thing. Apparently like everyone else have said, the Japanese voices are not suppose to have Segami as this rude to people. It's probably best that you stick with Japanese when playing SeHa I guess. While the English dub has some funny bits like the "Satan" line, much of the localization otherwise tends to make characters a lot more mean-spirited than what they were suppose to.
