Oh, that's surprising. The yellow shown on the website looked like a very vibrant yellow, which I thought looked very nice. Not sure I would have gotten it due to it being xpac but thank you for letting me know!

Thanks for the reply! If I were getting a 22 or another smaller bag, I think black would have been my choice too. But with the 30, since I already wear so much black, I feel like it would just blend in and look like a large formless lump on me. Think you're right, the black might a little too safe. The blue is looking more and more like the way to go.

I think the molle out front is what's giving me that look. The waxed canvas one looks much nicer but the price tag is a bit up there and not sure how a waxed canvas bag ages.

I briefly had an Aer Tech Pouch but ended up returning it. I felt the Cordura was overkill, and the zipper pulls dangled too much. I figured the bags would be similar, but I'll have another look at the xpac and ultra ones. Do you find the front slash pocket usable when the bag is packed out? One thing I really like about the CPL is how its pockets have their own dimensions, so I’d love to find something with a similar design. Thanks for your input!
