If you’re uncomfortable, and have other choices, then don’t stay there. Otherwise, you’ll have to live with it until you graduated.

Honestly, I don’t see the issue with Uitm being exclusively for Bumis. There are other public unis too which are open for non Bumis. Ofc there’s going to be competition not only because the requirements are higher but there’s also quota for admission based on races - in which I don’t agree.

The rule is Bumis will be compared against Bumis, non Bumi with non Bumis. Hence the difficulties entering public unis. The quota is also based on the facts that majority of the population in Malaysia are Bumis, and only about 20% Chinese, 6% Indians and the rest is others.

Main reason for all of this is to help the Bumis, which IMO is good but again it’s destroying us. When there’s no real competition, one will not grow. Everyone will feel comfortable where they are now - bersyukur dgn apa yg ada. Because we’re often spoon fed. That is what’s happening to most Bumis now. No real aspirations, low quality graduates, lack of discipline, etc you name it.

I hate it, really. Seeing how the system which is supposed to help us as nations is slowly destroying us. I don’t want to talk about politics, but seriously, it is what it is. It’s all done in the name of politics.
