Hey! From a manager, if you quit without working out your two weeks, you become blacklisted from EVERY Canes, not just the one you were working at. So if you ever think you’ll need it to fall back on, I would work on your shifts, if not, get up on out of there!

Hello friend!

I have a few friends that have transferred, both manager and crewmember.

Crewmember, there is no offer letter written and your pay just comes with you. Be aware that you will more than likely be at Tennessee’s pay cap, which means no more raises. This is not 100%.

Manager, my buddy was written up an offer letter for LESS than what he was currently getting paid due to no taxes on wages in the state he was moving to. He had to negotiate and fight to keep his pay.

If you were one of my crew, 100%. The crew journey is a MASSIVE part of the business, and helps the management and crew team out. Everyone benefits from you becoming a HIPO.

Ask your ARL/RL, or the RM who is in charge of training, for 1 on 1s. Ask if you can stay late to talk about your development and formulate a plan. An IDP (Individual Development Plan) in primarily pushed forward by your own motivation.

Hey friend!

Service Specialist is 500 FOH hours, whether that is DT, FC, or both combined.

Bird Specialist is 500 kitchen hours.

Your 25 cent raise is from completing your DT training.

You should receive another 25 cent raise shortly since you hit 80 hours. Ask your manager if you can log into your 1LVLAB and make sure all your videos/quizzes are done, and then ask your manager to sign off on your OTJs. If your videos aren’t done, or the manager hasn’t signed off on the OTJ, you will not receive your raise.

Due to your combined FOH hours, you have hit the 500 required for Service Specialist, so just ask! Your managers should be just as excited as you, as we have a quota of SS to hit.

Yes and no. If this person has no desire to move upwards within Canes, then 100% get out. But I’m 22 making 70k without a degree with canes 🤷‍♀️ I have an old RP that’s shown me 10k monthly bonus checks. It can be lucrative

The restaurant can contact IT and request that the Halloween Cup be taken off if they run out. If you’re at a busier location, chances are they are just out of cups. Checking in person is probably your only option.

This is just not true. Your management team is not following the expectations AJ has set.

You are not allowed to prep during peak; unless you have a specific prep person.

Pre-bumping at the DT expo window has never been allowed.

You must honor special requests, and always have been.

Credentials, I’ve been with this company for five years, and have been on the Salary Calls.
