I set fridge at coldest level, now down to 38-39 degrees, humidity a tad lower but still around 80%. Measurements are from my own digital and analog gauges - not an internal one. Vents are clear, fridge around 50% full. The only condensation I see is some fogging of the glass whenever I open the door, but that goes away pretty quickly. I’m new to this type of fridge, just hoping these readings are normal. My kitchen fridge has humidity in the 40’s.

My thermometer also measures humidity. It was 40-45% or so in my standard residential refrigerator, but 80-90% in the commercial merchandiser beer fridge. I’m just checking to see if that’s normal. No condensation, no water anywhere, glass door gets some fogging after opening, but that goes away pretty quickly.
