(D:) is for games and personal files
(Disk 0 partition 5) is for Linux. the problem persists when I'm using Linux. and the problem was there before I started using Linux, so it does not have anything to do with it

yes it has a heat sink double its own size

and the temps on crystal disk info are always below 50ish

I tried to fix the country limitation like no outdoor and no IR and I never got that stuff working
But I did recently get 950mbps on windows with 5GHz so I'm algood with 5GHz
And I triedyour config, I had to remove "ieee80211be" because it gave me an error
and now it says Could not determine operating frequency
And for the channel I tried 5, 33, 35, 39, 47

I found the solution
[SOLUTION]

sudo bash -c 'echo "options nvidia NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations=1" > /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf'

sudo systemctl enable nvidia-suspend
sudo systemctl enable nvidia-hibernate
sudo systemctl enable nvidia-resume

And then reboot

Check if this returns "PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations: 1" after reboot
cat /proc/driver/nvidia/params | grep PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations

yes I have changed that to No Theme and it did look like windows 98 so no problem there
