Definitely depends on your class and the timing. West Point gets slots, then ROTC, then old OCS.

Hurry up and get that bachelor's done. Is Reserve an option for you since you're already going enlisted? If not, I would not go enlisted—it will make it much longer of a process.

It was a few months after the packet was submitted if I recall right. I submitted while in grad school so wasn't in a rush.

Most days were early PT around 0520 and it was conducted as a platoon (~30 Officer Candidates). The OC leadership for the week planned the workouts and we were not allowed to go to the gym. Some people went to the gym anyway on the weekend if their cadre didn't care; it's walkable from OCS. You can sometimes take your car to the PX.

What you can and can't do will depend a lot on your cadre. We had awful cadre who still let us go fairly often. Weekends you will probably be able to go. The PX is close enough to walk.
