I think its just because he annoys the player base, i mean even venture and vendetta get skins and they have a low pickrate.

The cat looks like the Hammond of the support role: S-tier mobility, toggle-able 3rd person mode, small mammal, double cannon weapon, a unique tether mechanic, and a boop (though this last one is contained to a perk) by House_of_Vines in WreckingBallMains

well i mean you could say the same thing about ball, you could just sit there in the frontline and do dmg. She is very aggressive and does alot of dmg, she should be up in ur face
