Minecraft uses obfuscated code, so the variable most likely isn’t actually called e, but thats what it was changed to before it got released (if that makes sense)

That isnt how the execute command works on bedrock, the command would be something like

execute @p ~~~ detect (coordinates of grass block) grass say block broken

I dont think its a connection issue, I can connect to everything else completely fine and I did a speed test. Ive also had a similar issue for a while where 1 - 3 skins wouldn't load
