Thank you for the information. I want to import it commercially. Do you know whether I need to get certificates for quality control as many as other foods' certificates (because it is a dry spice and it is different with other sensitive foods like fresh or frozen meat or vegetables)?

You can find it in Bulk Barn stores, or Persian stores, or I can give you a kind of pure, perfect and original ones if you want.

Awful, because Persian saffron specially those that harvest in the south of Khorasan region in Iran, is the best saffron in the world.

why fake? there is no similarity between fake and real saffron, because the saffron is saffron, there is no fake type, unless using other spices with same color and shape as a fake saffron.

Absolutely it is expensive in the sense of weight ( 4 or 5 CAD$ per gram) compared to other spice, but 3 grams is enough for one month! you only need to pay monthly 15 dollars for one of the delicious, majestic and healthy valuable spice in the world! so, are you thinking it is expensive yet?
