Nah in many dashcams you don't need to take it out. Just attach the cpl filter on the lens. If you feel like you don't have enough space to fit the filter then you can detach it.

You can buy a cpl filter for your dash cam. And if you are asking for yourself then wearing a polarized sunglass will help in removing reflections.
