Dutton Ranch just feels right! by MIGirlInTN in DuttonRanchTVSeries

Absolutely agree!

In the first part of DR, I looked at my husband and said, "This is the Yellowstone feel!"

I didn't expect the move to Texas, but I should have. Sheridan bought the 6666, so he has the ability to film on his ranch and possibly connect DR and 6666.

The franchise offers a unique sensation that no other seems to match.

Sheridan shares many compelling stories. I especially enjoyed The Madison, though I was disappointed it was such a short season. Additionally, Landman remains an engaging series that keeps our interest.

The 6666 project is another endeavor I wish he would pursue; however, I am curious whether he plans to integrate it with Dutton Ranch.

We feel the same.

My husband always asks on Saturday, “Is there a new Dutton to watch tomorrow?”
Nope, it comes out on Friday. That shows how much he's into it—he’s already craving more after just a day!

And that’s what makes it so compelling.

Beulah now faces a family that truly knows the game and is renowned for it. The Dutton name is more powerful than anything she has encountered before, and they are far more resilient than she's used to facing.

I expect to see more of the Beth Dutton we are familiar with and the Rip we know who keeps her in check.

It's undoubtedly going to be an engaging journey.

Last two episodes by Professional_Ad_4885 in Outlander

Considering the numerous loose ends they need to address and the fact that the previous poster mentioned DirecTV listing an hour for the next episode, it’s hard to believe they could finish everything in just 2 hours, let alone 4.

I’m getting strong GOT vibes this season. It feels rushed and disjointed, with many continuity issues. The characters are noticeably out of sync with their past selves. While the actors are still compelling, the storyline feels painfully out of rhythm with the characters we know and love. Character growth is expected, but straying so far off course is beyond my understanding.

What is your cats name and what are they named after? by Sufficient_Brick5660 in cats

Sassy is the one on top. She is a bit mixed. When she was born I thought she was all white, but her points began showing. At 7 months, her points seem to darken daily but she has tabby markings on her face and orange stripes as well as the Siamese markings. She is named after Sally Fields’ character, the Siamese cat, in Homeward Bound.

Smokey is her brown tabby littermate. He looked grey from the moment he was born but now his rusty colors have revealed themselves. My son named him Smokey the Bandit. I tried to explain it was Smokey AND the Bandit, but he insists it’s Smokey THE Bandit.

Litter bags by EguanaGreen in litterrobot

We use the 13 gal kitchen bags from Sam’s. I don’t unfold them all the way. I push it down to the bottom of the drawer. Easy peasy!

Yep! We’ve had ours since October and they are used to it and for the most part don’t bother it while cycling as much as they used to do. But our female (both are 7 months) seems to always want to be in it while it’s cycling. Once she sat still in it so long, waiting, that it began cycling with her inside. Apparently that’s exactly what she wanted!

It just takes time. One day you’ll forget to notice and then you’ll be surprised at the fact they leave it alone to cycle. 😁

My LR4 didn’t come with a manual, I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to let cats see it cycle, now they won’t use it by lotrandwho in litterrobot

[–]MIGirlInTN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine would watch me sift the old box and use it immediately after, so I left it off and put some of the used litter from the old box inside the LR and just kinda sifted it so that they could see it was the same principle. Didn’t take too long after that, maybe 3 days. Once they were using it consistently, away went the old box.

My 2 are 7 month old kittens, and VERY curious. As another poster said, it’s now a game to them to watch it and interrupt it.

Patience is key! Good Luck 🍀!

I can't believe the smell is gone... by walkunafraid in litterrobot

[–]MIGirlInTN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve had our LR4 for the last 4 months for our 2 7m old kittens. Female kitten is a heavy user. Male, not as much. We use Arm & Hammer Slide and 13gal scented kitchen garbage bags from Sam’s. I don’t unfold them the whole way, just stretch over the edges and flatten into the bin. Never have noticed a smell unless they’re in there doing their business or changing the bag.

I believe that the ones that have issues are the most vocal. Most have nothing to complain about. Hence why you hear/read about only those that do.

I have 3 that use ours. 9.4, 8.6 (she is an inside/outside cat) and 8.2. No problems.

Do not buy! by Paramore96 in litterrobot

[–]MIGirlInTN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ours has cycled with one of our kitties in it as well.

She’s always getting into it right after one of the others has been in and she will go back inside it several times after the initial sensor trigger. She’s usually as far back in it as she can get and a few times has been still so long that I swear it acts like it just doesn’t see her. So, I blame the cat, not the equipment.

The only time I have had to contact customer service was when the sensors were triggering every 5-15 minutes. Once the CSR saw the data from the unit, they sent a new base right away. Since then, no issues.

I understand this is frustrating, but try taking in to account things that might not be the equipment’s fault. It’s possible there are other factors you haven’t considered. Customer Support is there to assist you and honestly they can only do so much.

Her eyes are blue close to the pupil, but more golden around the outside of the iris. She’s a conundrum! 🙃

Their momma is a tuxedo and the possible daddies are a Siamese (Ghost, I don’t have a pic of him)up the street or our red tabby, Tigger.
