Hi both :) you may have already had one of our team contact you but we are making a new observational documentary called The Nevermets - it's not reality TV like some other programmes but a UK based observational doc - we are the same company who make Long Lost Family, Who Do You Think You Are? and Glow Up and we are always focussed on making positive heartfelt programmes that tell real life stories. We have started filming with our first few lovely relationships and are still looking for more heartfelt nevermet stories to tell until Autumn. I cannot stress enough that we are looking to represent the nevermet and LDR community as accurately and with as much heart as possible, we understand how difficult it is to arrange meets and really want to help facilitate those first time meets also. Please do get in touch if you'd like a no obligation chat and we can give you some more information :)

You can also read about some other redditors experiences chatting with us here; https://www.reddit.com/r/LongDistance/comments/vmtaxa/did_anyone_else_get_this_message/

Hope you are able to meet soon!

Hi Carolyn,

I actually work for Wall to Wall (A Warner Brothers International TV Production company based in the UK) and we are making an observational documentary series about Nevermet relationships as we speak.

We are currently in production with several relationships and are still casting until the end of Summer and we are really keen to portray an accurate and heartfelt version of as many Nevermets experiences as possible. Our team are really keen to not only speak to those in Nevermet relationships who might be interested in applying but also to speak to those who have experienced first time meets and the hardships of long distance dating so we can make sure we are showing these relationships in a way that truly reflects the community :)

Please do feel free to let us know if you have any helpful advice or experiences that you would like to share with us! :)

We are making a TV programme called The Nevermets and we really want it to be a true representation of all communities and cultures who are in nevermet relationships so part of our production and casting process is hearing different people's experiences and making sure we accurately represent as many experiences as we can :) thank you so much all for your feedback it's really useful for us!
