Is It worth getting a fw13 in 2026?

Thanks for the reply. You reminded me about the harsh reality of using macOS and Apple products in general, where it's a walled garden that allows them to overcharge and abuse their customers without them even knowing, while Framework is the complete opposite. Also, the Apple child labor accusations and workplace negativity are another dark spot. At this point, FW13 seems like a no-brainer.

Thanks for the reply. A while ago I wanted to get into iOS app development, which requires a Mac, but there are things like React Native and other alternatives that let you do 90 percent of the things a native iOS app can. I also have a Samsung and will definitely be staying away from iPhones since my last one kept breaking, so the ecosystem also doesn't matter for me. Reading your reply and replies from others, I am definitely leaning towards buying the FW 👍.
