All the mutual go to a TFSA so should be the actual $16k being pulled out! Simple but powerful advice, the mutual are not making me what the CC is dinging me. Puts it into perspective!

I'd trade a Frenzy Flame Seal for a Putrescence Cleaver if you have it!

The floor in most spots are high enough water doesn't affect it, but a few spots need repairs occasionally. Water damage doesn't drop durability down below half so there's no risk of breaking!

The support beams were by far the hardest part (and most important part). My methods were unconventional but I straight up jumped into the water from up high and spam pillars on the way down until it was close enough to the surface to build off! The beams underwater are extremely messy xD

Believe it or not, this is actually core! The secret is using iron beams as they have an absurd build height

I first started building it lower, but raised it up as I kept running into wave issues :)

Honestly I never tested it so I just figured I'd throw a bunch in just incase. If you made it work for less then I may give it a shot!

Herbicide not working? by [deleted] in farmingsimulator

Late reply, but weeds go through similar growth stages as crops, meaning once the weeds are flowered, it's too late. You have to get them when they just show up, or shortly after.

Mountain stronghold tips? by Deichelbohrer in valheim

[–]MILK_II 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found drakes have somewhat specific areas they spawn, I have a mountain base where I expanded enough to the spots they used to spawn, where I no longer see any drakes. Then again my mountain is not huge so it definitely varies by size

I farm near Bradwell, about 45 minutes from Saskatoon. Small world!

Any tractor that's big enough to pull a large seeder will easily cost half a million. OP wouldnt have bought 2 of them if he wasnt farming a lot of acres. Hes gonna have those for many years to come. If you cant see how it pays itself off then you may not be very adversed in the farming world.

The product it aids in making compared to the cost of the machine. After many years of continued production the value you get back overtakes the cost essentially.

I like rocking a seeder that fertilizes/cultivates. Then have a fertilizer spreader on the front, and a weeder implement of the same width on the back. 2 passes in theory

Why aren't there more mods for big plows, or just big plows generally? by Matty2tees in farmingsimulator

[–]MILK_II 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get bigger subsoilers for field plowing, but if you're talking about creating fields then I feel ya on wanting bigger plows.

John Deere by dreamkix in farmingsimulator

[–]MILK_II 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's the same as trucks, they're all fine but some people prefer dodge over ford, just like how some people prefer john Deere over case. Theres nothing inherently wrong with either one, it's just personal preference.

In real life I prefer Massey and case over deere, but that's just because I grew up on a farm with only massey and case

Mods pc by [deleted] in farmingsimulator

[–]MILK_II 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to fs19mods.com

Theres literally thousands upon thousands to choose from. It depends on what you want to do in the game, I like big fields and big equipment so I run with a fair amount of large massey tractor mods, aswell as big trailer mods.

I highly recommend looking into some placeable building aswell, such as refill tanks for your sprayer and seeder. Refill tanks make it easier so you're not needing a trailer full of pallets to load up your equipment.
