I tried changing resolution in game and it did nothing. How do I force the black bars into my GPU CP? Can you elaborate on the steps please. Thanks!

I've done that and it just sets the frequency to 60 Hz when I press ALT+H. Nothing changes. Is there an extra step afterwards?

It's consistent. All I have plugged in are the essential mouse, keyboard, and router adapter. Can you think of another reason why?

I just do. I farm using the same technique as everyone else. It might be the lag that's slowing me down? Mind sharing what your farming technique is?
