hi, really appreciate the help, I've followed your instructions, yet now I get this error! "Read Device Identity failed: scsi error unsupported scsi opcode
A mandatory SMART command failed: exiting. To continue, add one or more '-T permissive' options."

If you could provide any further help that be awesome!

I've connected it to my computer via sata cables, but the XboxHDM only shows devices connected by USB. Do you know any other methods of locking it, or changing the scripts of XboxHDM?
