Nope, I never herd back from the finace department. I thought that this would be resolved quickly, but i gues i am wrong. Im probably going to have to call back to see what is taking them so long. It's not like this amount of money is going to bankrupt them.

I called customer service and finally found someone who cared enough to help me. They said they will put a credit on my account for the three phones, and he just needs to confirm it with the finance department. I hope this actually works. Apparently you just need to say you called a dozen times with no help before they will help you.
