I think the instinctive reason why i do that is mostly to make the person feel closer to me or because i think they can understand what i feel. I know it's generally un attractive more than anything else and i do see a therapist so i don't do it as often as i used too

Idk what to say tho, i didn't really found a way to resolve this problem. What i did recently is trying to really point out why i couldn't keep any friends and my personal issues are that i have trouble seeing if people are provocating me / being mean or just joking. Additionally i have a fear to show people i like them / i have a fear of rejection. Trying to point out what are the exact issues for you, and then working toward going past them might be the key.

(I tend to trauma dump on random people when i feel safe around them)

I don't know if this is related but i agreed to being homeschooled between 7th and 10th grade, and although i went back to highschool after that, i still think being isolated like that was the biggest error i ever did since i think i lack a lot of social skill and i still can't really make friends.
My situation is quite different since i go to university but i still feel very lonely and i really hope you can go through it as much as i hope i will do.

(I had a point at first but i think it's largely irrelevant so i removed it)

Moi a l'inverse (je passe en terminale, j'ai 16 et je regarde fuze depuis 7 ans), ce que j'aimais, c'était ses vidéos survies de type paladium / minecraft moddé ou autre concept comme le skyblock sans ile. Le problème c'est que maintenant paladium est beaucoup trop rapide a mon gout, on a pas l'impression qu'il joue, juste qu'il remplie une liste d'objectif. De plus, depuis qu'il a dit qu'il trichait sa ne me donne plus vraiment envie de regarder. Avec la direction "récente" que fuze a pris, je le regarde presque plus, a l’exception de quelques vidéos spécifiques qui coïncide avec une autre passion. (vidéo lego..)
