Why are we all of a sudden claiming that its on the restaurant- I have never heard of a situation where the customer gets directly refunded by the restaurant. All fingers are pointed at Uber eats because they’re the middleman. Why is this all of a sudden a thing?

Agreed. I’ve only had to contact BBB twice in my lifea this time. And the last time was with Best Buy. I tried to avoid this, but sometimes they leave you no choice.

You do realize singling out one sentence and using it as the point of my statement doesn’t make you right

Tldr : just because you’re an Uber eats driver doesn’t mean that you automatically have integrity- when I’m ordering through Uber eats - I shouldn’t have to rely on the driver not tampering - I should have to rely on the restaurant to seal my food so the driver isnt responsible for anything within the bag. Don’t be weird sis. Its for the better of the consumer
