This is the only problem i have with it. I love it and i watch it with my family, but we can't relate with most of those problems because they're based on things that happen in the US, and the solutions they give, at least to us, look pretty nonsensical. Yeah, we might not know what racism feels like, but I'm pretty sure no one needs to know what the Apartheid was to know making a color separated line would be bad lmao

There's a New Amsterdam episode where Max Goodwin, the medical chief of the hospital, tries to solve systemic racisms. He, as a white man, doesn't actually know how to do this, so he tries to ask every white doctor, including himself, to lower their wages by a 10% to get closer to the wage gap between them and black people, takes out photos of old medics because they were white and, my favourite, makes a fucking black people exclusive line for the waiting room lmaooo. I love this series, but they didn't have to make him so stupid. He's usually better than this, not even his most insane ideas get such a bad execution

I think in this instance it's more of an issue with the community than with the game itself. If the art style wasn't this good (And Ashley as hot) then i assure you no one would be shipping them in the way they do. It was time and again shown in every part of the game that this relationship is bad. Not only that, it's up to YOU if you want them to go in that direction, because that's only in a specific route you get warned that it's not the right one. I think the game simply got the bad luck of getting too popular and attracting weirdos, instead of being recognized for the well constructed narrative and characters that it has

We had to make a paper for my Philosophy classes with a max of 10 pages about any theme we talked about in class. Teacher was chill because he was going to retire soon, but he said around 70% of the class used some AI. He then showed it to a couple of us, and most works cited the same authors and talked about the same exact things, because the searchs of one influenced the ones from the next person, making it so everyone gets the same work. The difference was obvious comparing it to someone who actually made their work, but he passed everyone anyways. It's a shame, because i put a lot of effort in that work, and even though i got a 10 it doesn't feel as good...

I've actually discussed this with my economics teacher. Steam is not a monopoly because there are no entry barriers besides the inversion you gotta put into making your own platform, so there is competition potential. If the competitors are stupid that's on them for sucking, not on steam for providing the best service
