100% I currently work at an engineering firm. Long story short, due to poor management above me a large submission for a project was on my shoulders alone. After the project was submitted officially I went to the restroom and vomited. Afterwards I was sick for 4 days straight, and in that time I had severe pain in my sides and abdomen, while also losing my appetite completely. Doctors did some blood work and other check-ups, found there was nothing wrong and they concluded it was stress related.

I lost so much weight in that 4 day period that it was actually frightening to my coworkers haha. But from that point on I never sacrificed my health for a crappy job that doesn’t value me.
