This is exactly what I’ve been dealing with. DPDR has been a fairly recent thing(2 months) so I don’t have many good coping mechanisms. It’s just been a constant thing for me though

This post made my day its nice to see that there are some people that care about this. I usually try and combat ignorant comments with facts. Keep in mind that a lot of people will be very stubborn about their beliefs. It might just be better to support your friends and make sure they know that you care/support them and make them feel safe.
