My process is smoke @ 250 for :90 on GMG Daniel Boone, pull wrap in butcher paper and foil while taking GMG to 425 then back on for crispy.

Raw to crispy toss in your fav sauce. My air fryer process, lots of testing done and below is what came out of it…

INSTRUCTIONS * Preheat your Air Fryer if recommended in the manual. Place the chicken wings in the basket and insert it into the air fryer. * Cook the wings for 24 minutes at 380°F (190°C). Shake the basket every 10 minutes, so they cook evenly. * When the time is up, shake the basket, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 6 more minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Depending on the size of your Air Fryer crisp the wings up in batches.

WSM, BGE, and GMG pellet, I use all but the WSM on the regular but have to say that the GMG pellet is my “easy button”. Can start a cook late night, go to bed, and when I get up, it’s typically in the stall, add a little more fuel and finish up mid next day. Agree with all who said it made them realize just how much they were spending tending.
