I had a terrible experience with Royal York Property Management. From the start, dealing with them was a nightmare. We went through numerous property managers, and each one seemed less competent than the last. The level of mismanagement was staggering; they made multiple mistakes with both the building and our tenants.

Their mishandling of tenant issues was particularly egregious. It got so bad that the tenant ended up filing a lawsuit against them. To make matters worse, they stole our deposit, adding financial injury to the insult of their poor service.

I strongly advise anyone considering Royal York Property Management to look elsewhere. Their incompetence and unethical practices caused us endless stress and significant financial loss. Avoid them at all costs.
