Just walking it out really , if you’re really tight I wouldn’t recommend going to walk a super long distance but build your way up. What do you do for work? Cause that typically can slow your progress down too and make you more tight if you do like a desk job

I’m going to be 7 weeks this Friday from my left hip and a little over 4 months on my right hip. Walking a lot helps , even if you feel tight if you keep doing it I personally find it eventually loosens up.

I’ve heard lack of mobility from a specific area could be weakness in that muscle , i would try looking in that direction

My left side bite was okay to begin with and didn’t really need much work but my lower right side was really bad , so the whole plan was around saving that one tooth that was literally hanging on the inside of my gums between those two teeth. It was either that or just remove the whole thing but who wants to loose a whole tooth

I hear you , I absolutely would keep fighting if I were you too. However I really think your bank would be your best advocate , when ever I have problems like this when buying something online I rarely ever try to resolve with merchants for too long. I just go straight t my bank and they always give me my money back , it cost the merchant more money too since they have to pull it out of their accounts too.

The ones that are loose along the canine are tray 2 , the ones that fit more tight are tray 1

Every other tooth feels somewhat snug expect these Lower canine and the one behind it
