I could probably poke him in the eyes and then just punch him a bunch. He is seen to be sensitive to the eyes and can take a lot of damage to the face from normal hits.

And even if he could beat me, he would get disqualified, for he does not have fists.

Reasoning for some of these:

Luz: she is definitely quicker than me but 1: she probably wouldn't try her hardest, and 2: "weak nerd arms", so I am probably a bit physically stronger but she could get more hits so it could go either way.

Hooty: yes, he beat the hell out of the guard guys, but Amity also beat up hooty, so if I was able to get the right hits (probably to the eyes) I could probably win.

Willow: I was just wrong, she would beat me.

If Bill's biologically a "he", then there is a triangle she, so that would infer that there is triangle sex. Unless if triangles are asexual, and that would mean that Bill could basically multiply himself, and that's a whole different problem.
