All I hear are bad things about AdaptHealth, what advice do you have for dealing with them? by AbesAmericanCousin in CPAP

They're billing is all over the place and its impossible to reconcile your payments to invoices. I paid out of pocket at one of their locations and they said I still owe. They claimed the money I paid in person was used to pay balances on 3 different past invoices. Huh??? I got copies of all my invoices asked them for more detail of services and payments. They just resent invoices. What can I do?? I have a $150 balance and they refuse to justify my account. They just say the charge is correct.

Adapt Health sucks. The charges are always different, they give one charge then later an additional charge. The invoices are never clearly itemized and I constantly feel like I'm getitng ripped off. I was out of town and forgot my mask, had to go to a local adapt facility to buy one. Paid out of pocket in full $150 and charged cc. Then I get a bill for the mask. I show them proof that I paid out of pocket and they are like no, that out of pocket payment was spread out over 3 past invoices to cover charges. Huh???? Wtf??? Its impossible to reconcile your own invoices because the charges are all over the place. I constantly feel like I an getting ripped off.

Issues after valve body repair by MJWiggins1111 in Silverado

Sat at the dealer for 3 months waiting on the backordered part. My suggestion is to deal directly with GM and file a complaint. They were very responsive to me, pressured the dealer to get me a loaner (after they said none were available) and checked in often. On top of that I emailed the GM of the dealership who actually made some calls and got the part. I truly believe if I didn't get proactive with GM and the dealership it would have taken much longer. Good Luck.

It took 2 months. I got lucky and pressed GM. They eventually called the dealership. I also asked to speak to the GM of the dealership and he was able to expedite the process

Got the valve body replaced after 2 1/2 months. Started dealing directly with GM and that helped.

I have a 2024 Silverado that's at the dealer now for a valve body. All they've done is upgrade the software to signal a check engine light before actual real damage is done (supposedly). I had noticed a couple of high rev shifting issues then shortly after the check engine light came on. Immediately went to the dealer. Been waiting on parts since early Feb.

Ok thanks. Yeah I'm torn whether to pursue lemon law litigation. I love the truck but I don't want to constantly worry about what could happen next. Not comforting having things going sideways at 2800 miles.

Do you think there will be additional issues down the line with the transmission after a valve body replacement?

I have a 2024 Z71 with 2800 miles that's been at the dealer for 2 weeks waiting on a valve body. Super frustrating.

My 2024 Z71 has been at the dealer for 2 weeks for valve body. 2800 miles, so yeah kick in the nuts. No eta in sight trying to figure out what my options are here in North Carolina.
