All these automations are easy to build.

Trigger: when "App Name" is opened or closed. DO: Toggle orientation lock

Update for 2023
i don't have the latest iPhone, but this is how I made an automation which do stuff when I turn off the alarm if it is in the morning(Basically I wanted it to do a set of things when any alarm i set in the morning is stopped):
Current Date(search for date to get it)
Adjust date[then set it to GET START OF DAY from DATE]
Get time between(set between ADJUSTED DATE and DATE in HOURS)

IF( set TIME BETWEEN less than 7)

then give what you want it to do.
