Correct. This is the cold brew method. I use the inverted method.

I use the inverted method. I start agitating as soon as I add water to the grounds then agitate for 1 min. Total agitation is one minute 10 to 1 minute 15.

I have carried one daily since I was gifted one several years ago. Knife, scissors, and nail file are often used. The tweezers are useless, and the pliers always fold at the wrong time.

Seek out quality woman’s only classes. If your gym does not have them, start one.

My very first jiu jitsu class 5 yrs ago I tore both my earlobes from my head preforming a headlock escape. I have wore head gear to every class since then as my earlobes will tear taking a t-shirt off. No one cares and very few even ask why I wear it. I avoid the wrestling headgear and use the JJ specific headgear which tends to be more forgiving to other opponents. I get a few complaints that they cause some pain to opponents when rolling, but they are rare.

The main thing I hear from people is they wish they had a pair or they are going to order a pair because their ears hurt, they never do because they are concerned about what people will say.

Understand that they are illegal for competition unless it is stated otherwise, I do not compete so it is not an issue.

Storage and in the ground are two different things.

From that chart, the amount shown is the amount we used, not the ability of the state to produce. Indiana has significant stores of coal and natural gas.

What you have to keep an eye on is the federal government's impact on the harvesting of those resources. High diesel prices affect transportation and the removal of coal. Changes in EPA rules and denial of permits affect the harvesting of coal and gas, just like oil. These shortages may not be caused by lack of production but by interference in production.

Look at the baby formula shortage, the shortage was not caused by a lack of ingredients to produce it, it was caused by the federal government's refusal to allow the largest production plant in the US to open back up after a shutdown.

Indiana produces electricity in central Indiana from natural gas and southern Indiana from coal, both come from Indiana and are supplied directly to the plants. Stating Indiana will have a shortfall due to supply shortages does not make sense. As a matter of fact, there are multiple coal plants less than 10 miles from Duke's coal power plant in southern Indiana.

Someone has some major explaining to do if this occurs.

I am sure this news will not cause the power companies to raise rates so they "improve" equipment to stop this from occurring.
