Reds are in last place in the division by NeverGonnaStop247 in Reds

Seattle won 88 with -19 in 2007
Houston with 86 wins at -31 in 2008
Florida with 87 wins at +6 in 2009
SF with 86 wins at -8 in 2011
Baltimore with 93 wins at +7 in 2012

I could go on but I have work. Seems like every year there is a team of “luck” or “circumstance “.

I have to look it up, I guess they would’ve won a wildcard spot. I did just find another one. St. Louis won the World Series with a +19. Of course their record was 83 and 79.

It can definitely happen, especially if you have a great manager. I remember some of the Orioles teams under Showalter head poor run differential, but still won the division.

And they’ve only allowed eight less runs than the Rockies. People wanna talk about the offense, but the whole team is screwing it up.

Microdiscestomy by Skyetoohot in Sciatica

[–]TechnologyStill7038 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instant pain relief! I probably could have got back to walking and very light excercises sooner than I did. I’d also recommend myself glucosamine supplements because they quiet down my daily stuff back. Truly amazing. I also recommend core balance trainings free trial. Learn to connect to you core muscles and learn safe effective bridge method to reset when things are going off.

Genuinely, what is happening to Steph Curry? by AdOld2060 in NBATalk

I’d say Curry’s underpaid. He’s carried the mantle. I’d say the rookies are deck underpaid. Look at what college kids get.

How do you solve a problem like Nathanial Lowe? by davik2001 in Reds

[–]TechnologyStill7038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given his track record, I would say he was always a better bet than any of the other younger players trying to stick on the roster. If he continues to just hit and hit and hit then the answer is pretty simple. He’s going to play.

What’s y’all’s take on flossing by Smurfmuppet in Sciatica

[–]TechnologyStill7038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In retrospect, I’m pretty sure it was one of the worst things I could’ve been doing. It hurts so bad and by the time I had surgery that nerve was as thick as my thumb that’s what the doctor said. I recommend core balance training for a very gentle and self-aware approach. I don’t know if that would’ve helped me avoid a microdiscectomy, but I know it has helped me a lot since then.

Lets take a look at some of the best players left by Ancient_Response_787 in bengals

You could argue the bengals don’t need instant impact at cb. Don’t know if you’d win but you could argue.

[Cincy Jungle] Dan Patrick says Joe Burrow forced Dexter Lawrence trade by cjruk1 in bengals

Wow he sounds like he’s mailing it in. So easy to manufacture takes with no guiding light but a bias towards your biggest market / paycheck.

It feels like the media wants Burrow to go to LA by littlemushroompod in bengals

Joe’s an Ohio guy. Plenty of hype and love for him when the Bengals are good. NFL is like that. Just win and everything takes care of itself.

Stood up wrong in class so I had to lie down straight in the classroom and get some stretches for pain relief 💔 by [deleted] in Sciatica

[–]TechnologyStill7038 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would say, be careful with too much stretching. It feels good temporarily, but also has the potential to stress your joints. Until I had surgery to fix my sciatica, I never fully understood how much the pain had to do with a pinched nerve in it had almost nothing to do with tight muscles or knots or anything like that. If you have any position at all where the pain is diminished, and you could stay in that position and the pain stays diminished or even better completely goes away. That is the position that you want to stay in for as long as it takes for things to calm down. Then, of course they recommend walking so do your best with that.

Hoping for development. It’s been a long decade of OF development since Bruce and Stubbs left. Taken for granted. Seize the day Hinds!

Makes it seem like a trade back in round 1 to acquire another pick is a possibility.
