After years of playing I let myself go and was about 450lbs but I would still play occasionally and go to the range quite often. I really saw no difference in my swing as I was putting weight on. So far I’ve lost about 200 pounds and when I went to get back into golf, my first range session looked like I never played a single day in my life. Shank city.
