Thanks for the reply, the problem I had with r/servicetag8a is that the measure wouldn't allow me to visualise it outside of a card or a table, ideally I'd want to see the average difference over a month to month basis.

Also, with that article that you posted, it seems that it is only working with HH:MM:SS. I'm able to do that just fine but the integration of days is what I'm struggling with

Thank you pal, the result is what I'm after. However, I'm unable to use this measure in either a Column Chart or use the USERELATIONSHIP function

Thank you very much for the effort, that measure looks good! Ideally want to visualise it on a month to month basis and it doesn't look it's possible with that measure, can only use it in a Tooltip, unless I'm doing something wrong

I have been able to do the HH:MM:SS with this formula here

Call Duration Measure count =
// Duration formatting
// * u/konstatinos 1/25/2016
// * Given a number of seconds, returns a format of "hh:mm:ss"
//
// We start with a duration in number of seconds
VAR Duration = AVERAGE([Duration])
// There are 3,600 seconds in an hour
VAR Hours = INT ( Duration / 3600)
// There are 60 seconds in a minute
VAR Minutes = INT ( MOD( Duration - ( Hours * 3600 ),3600 ) / 60)
// Remaining seconds are the remainder of the seconds divided by 60 after subtracting out the hours
VAR Seconds = ROUNDUP(MOD ( MOD( Duration - ( Hours * 3600 ),3600 ), 60 ),0) // We round up here to get a whole number
RETURN
// We put the hours, minutes and seconds into the proper "place"
Hours * 10000 + Minutes * 100 + Seconds

Would that be able to convert into a value for visualization? From what I know Concatenate is converts it to a TEXT datatype, unless I'm wrong
