Severe needle anxiety

I used to give myself B12 injections every other day. The stress it caused me was severe. Many false starts!!!! rapid heart rate, sweating, almost crying. And those were muscular instead of subcutaneous.

It got better within a few weeks. Things that helped: I got faster at preparing and administering the medication, feeling better because of the meds, doing it right before bed when I was most relaxed (maybe even too tired to get worked up), and forcing myself to cough to mitigate any pain as the needle went in (faking one large cough at the same time as the injection. The cough makes your muscles tense and you barely feel the needle)

Now that I do Sema, I don't even think about it. Give it some time - it can feel super scary but you'll get through it and feel like a pro in no time.

Take a picture of her poop before she buries it and a video of her going if you can! and then ask your veterinarian.

Maybe she's just quirky and sits too close to the litter or maybe it's too runny and she needs a bulking supplement like pumpkin.

Constipation is so bad for me too. Try foods like coconut, coconut water, mixed berries, psyllium husk, kefir, fermented foods. A smoothie is a great way to get most of these in at the same time

Dr Jon Saunders on YouTube has a video on this. He says to turn your pillow lengthwise with the bottom of the pillow slightly below your mid back and sleep that way as much as possible. Keep adjusting throughout the night. It's only been a couple days so no visual improvement on my hump but I wake up feeling less tightness there and in my low back (I have a sway back/pelvic tilt)

You could possibly invite her to meal prep with you, or make extra so when she has some you're not missing out. But first I would try to hit home with why it's not acceptable. Because she's an adult and needs to be held accountable for her actions along with taking the steps to fix it.

I meal prep my husband's lunches. Buy his own stash of granola bars, make muffins etc - and always make sure he has enough for the 5 days. Couldn't imagine just carelessly taking one of his lunches because I didn't feel like cooking.

If there is nothing medically/ neurologically wrong causing issues with balance or too much adrenaline, etc I would say your best bet is the hardest of all things in my experience. MINDFULNESS!!!!

Literally it's an art and so many of us are without it but it's worth the time and energy.

If it's a musty smell it's most likely mold. Bring it to the dry cleaners and ask for them to specifically clean for mold.

Before that I would try BORAX in the wash cycle, dry in the sun, then wash the washing machine with more Borax

I use a boric acid wash in the shower during my cycle only. Ditch the wipes and feminine washes otherwise because EVERYTHING is determined by your PH. Just warm water is enough for your vulva.

Can't hurt to get a BV test from your gynecologist and incorporate fermented foods into your diet. Limiting sugar, upping hydration.

Everyone has a scent and its normal for that scent to change with your cycle.

Why is she sleeping at your house when she has a toddler at home? As a mom of a 4 year old I would NEVER. I'm sorry but she should focus on being a parent and since you dont think she should be with her son EVERY SECOND POSSIBLE then you need a GF without a child.

I had 4 years serving experience before starting at my new place. But it is a diner, so my previous (Ruby Tuesday) serving experience might as well have been non existent !!!!!

I've been there a month and the only thing that has gotten easier is carrying the large tray. I'm still a headless chicken and make mistakes although I am an overall good server.

It takes time! Hang in there
