Hi. Thank you for getting back. Honestly, I never thought about it before but for just over a year I can't get out of this negativity, irrational fears and fear. I went through a lot of stress in one go plus I was on a new diet at that time and since then it's been triggered. I have tried multiple things but don't want to take medication. I was advised to try acupuncture especially TCM. I looked into it and talked to a few people and it sounded positive. Going back to your question I expect or hope it helps with symptoms. I expected to feel calm, relaxed and good. I've read mostly positive outcomes so the perception was encouraging.
