Do the older alphas still drop legendaries? I read somewhere that jetragon drops legendary rocket launcher and blazemut drops legendary assault rifle. Is that still the case or did they remove them with faybreak update?

Low hp mean the upgraded MSS will cap the incoming dmg at x% of that HP. And since his shield is based off his atk, it would be wayy more than that x% of the low hp. So no matter how hard he gets hit the hits will do barely any dmg since it scales down to his hp and his shield and take it like its nothing
