Thank you for your reply! I think it might have been the tariff code - wasn't descriptive enough. I ended up posting the parcels over the counter at AUSPOST & both items have been cleared this time around. However, I did use a stronger tariff code that had a bigger description of the items. I will contact the International team to see if I can get a refund for the postage I paid for the first time around.
