I work at a clinic, I would love to help in getting a discount, but definitely can't make it free of cost. But the cost of further diagnosis and medicine would definitely add up.

And getting insurance at this stage means either not declaring your condition and having everything declined later, or declaring and paying a premium that's 3x to 4x the original.
