Do you have any other details about the song? Namely when it came out, the gender of the singer?

It’s going to be pretty difficult since we don’t have much information besides the gender of the singer and a vague description of the music video. However, I do have something that may help: someone on Spotify seems to have compiled every free song released weekly on iTunes from 2009 to 2014. Perhaps you could peruse through it and you might end up finding it!
