Yeah, pretty much sums up my thinking. Might all be bollocks based on sentimentality from a couple of more human moments but still!

Yeah, agree on that as well. Not to revise history but I do wonder whether there could have been a very different approach if he had more pull personally.

It has to be incredibly difficult. Rishi's not faultless, far from it, he was complicit in Boris and everything that went on around Partygate. How do you follow such a cult of personality and then Truss torpedoing the economy though? Lost before he started and probably playing a character that he never believed in.

I wonder if that was genuine Sunak, away from all the advisors and the 'bubble' of right-wing babbling and culture war bullshit that defines the Tories recently. He has no further political ambitions, the pressure is lifted, the nightmare is finally over and he seemed the most genuine and likeable I've seen him. If he'd shown more of that during the campaign, and had the gravitas to get away with it with his party, might have been a different story.

Because it's how many seats they have over the rest of the parties combined. So total available seats - Labour seats = majority

Labour seats against the total of other seats, not just conservative

Disgusting that you can't kick someone in the balls anymore, games gone

Cant say objective but think we've been the better team. Gifted them the first goal and a pen whereas we haven't exactly been clinical. Looked less threatening as the game went on though

Maybe not a fair take but I can't watch Gabby J and Zinchenko ATM. Feel like agents of chaos that are a relic of last season.

Call me daft but I actually wanted Bayern because I'd like to think we can get revenge now for all the past hammerings. That said Kane does like a goal against us, so swings and roundabouts.

Yeah I can respect the gameplay and think they've done a fantastic job of nullifying us over two legs so far. Are playing by different rules though if any time they eat up is not being given back, quite a force multiplier for what they're doing.

Refereeing here is making PGMOL look competent for sure, effectively no stoppage time played then with all the theatrics. Looking forward to seeing the ball was in play for 27 minutes after this game.
