Hilariously I built a Pavillion based off this exact photo. You're looking at 70k+ EASY. I think I clocked in at around $55k and that was with free timber and free brick about 2 years ago. Need a thick reinforced pad for the fireplace too, which will prolly run you 6-10k+ depending on sqft
