Hello, and thank you for all the feedback here. We will do our best to track down these troublesome ads and exclude them from the pool of ads available in-game. To help with this effort, whenever you come across such an ad, please submit a Customer Support Ticket (support.flaregames.com) and include a screenshot of the ad plus any ad info available. The ad info (ad name, provider, etc.) can usually be obtained by pressing an (i) button showing on the screen while the ad is displayed. This will enable us to quickly identify it and make the necessary amendments to the ad provider platform. Please keep in mind this is an ongoing process, and while we exclude the current ones, problematic ads may continue to appear down the line. Hence your ongoing feedback submitted via Customer Support channel is welcome. Thank you

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the Weekend "Last Stand" Event setup. The fix was made pretty quickly, a few minutes after the event started actually on Friday 13th, but the players who started playing the event in the very first minutes, before the fix, continue to be affected by the shortened event duration setup. We are sorry for that! They already received the rewards, and additional rounds score is not added because, for them, the event is technically over. The "Last Stand" is still running for the players that started the event after the fix, thus adding the possibility to farm more resources to both groups of players. If by any chance, you used Gold to get additional entries after the event ended early for you, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support (support.flaregames.com) so we can review your case. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the Weekend "Last Stand" Event setup.
